eBay makes changes in Australia. The changes discontinue Sellers and Buyers options in direct deposits, money orders and personal checks. These forms of payment will no longer be a payment option after June 17.
After the change implements, buyers have only two options with which to pay for purchases. The only types of payment methods will be cash-on-delivery, or PayPal.
PayPal does accept direct deposit or credit card payment on behalf of eBay sellers at a fee of between 1.1 and 2.4 per cent.
